We will be responding to on-line enquiries & accepting orders through the Xmas Holidays & New Year period (although it may take a day or two to respond depending on how much we are enjoying ourselves!). Your FREE sample service may also be affected during 22nd December and 5th January as we will not be in the office to send these out. Please see below for manufacturing & despatch info.

Xmas Manufacturing Cut off Dates

Delivery Extension for Roller blinds & Slimline 25mm Venetians

During September and October a lot of time was spent working on our procedures to speed up production at Xmas, as this is our busiest time of the year. It seems that all our hard work had paid off. We are pleased to offer an extension to our cut off dates for Guaranteed Pre-Xmas delivery for all Roller blinds and the Slimline 25mm Venetians.

All Roller blinds cut off dates have been extended to 5pm Friday 5th December 2008.
All Slimline 25mm Venetians blinds cut off dates have been extended to 5pm Friday 5th December 2008.
All Double Roller Blinds cut off dates have been extended to 5pm Friday 5th December 2008.

All of our other products still have a cut off date for Guaranteed Pre-Xmas Delivery as below.

Custom Made Blinds

Orders placed for all made to measure/custom blinds (Romans, Verticals, Panel Blind, Venetians etc) before 5pm 28th November 2008 will be delivered before Xmas – the more time you can give us the better! Our normal 8-10 working day delivery times do get a little longer over this period as there is just such a huge amount of blinds in the system. Accurate delivery dates may not be possible; however we will still be emailing to inform you that your blinds have left our factory with an Estimated Time of Arrival. Your best bet is to get your orders in as early as possible as many orders are received close to 28th November, the last thing you want is to be at the back of the line!
Orders placed between 29th November & 7th December might be delivered for Xmas, although we can offer no guarantees.
Orders places after 7th December have a chance of a Xmas delivery. Blinds despatched shortly before Xmas may arrive after Xmas or shortly into the New Year. Failing that you order will arrive after the 5th January 2009.

Please note: We stop manufacturing on Wednesday 23rd after this date; we will still be manufacturing blinds (except for public holidays). This means we will experience slightly longer lead times than the normal 8-12 working days.

Ready Made Blinds and Curtains

Orders placed before 15th December will be delivered before Xmas – again, the more time you can give us the better!
Orders placed after 15th December should be delivered for Xmas, although we can offer no guarantees.

Please note: Orders will not be despatched during the statutory holiday days
